The most common Sony models we carry out repairs on are:
Sony Xperia Z1 Sony Xperia Z2 Sony Xperia Z3 Sony Xperia Z5 Sony Xperia Z3 Compact Sony Xperia Z5 Compact
If you have any of the following models, simply click on the model on our “Book an Appointment” page and select your issue. If, however, your model of phone is not on the list above or require a repair not listed on our Appointment page then call us on 0141 230 3785 or contact us via email at [email protected]. If we are able to order the part required for your phone we will quote you a price and tell you how long it will take us to do the repair. If you want to proceed with the repair, we will contact you once the required parts(s) have arrived and you can bring your device to be repaired.
Like every device we repair, the part(s) we have replaced or fixed on your Sony phone will come with a warranty. If your phone has suffered any form of liquid damage, your repaired device will come with a 1 month warranty. Any other repair, such as a screen replacement or a new battery, will come with a 3 month warranty. All warranties are subject to our terms and conditions. One of our technicians will go through our terms and conditions with you before booking your device in, though if you have any further questions feel free to ask us or click here to view our full terms and conditions.
If it is possible, we recommend that you backup any data you have on your phone. Though we would never deliberately wipe your phone of any data, there is always a chance that data can be lost from a device once it is repaired. As a company we are not liable for any data that may be lost during the repair. We advise you backup your data as any files that may be lost during the repair can be recovered.
When booking your device in for repair, we may ask you for your lock code. We ask this for the sole purpose of testing your phone after we have finished the repair. As a company we pride ourselves on a safe and secure service and would never access any unnecessary applications or change any settings. If, for any reason, you are uncomfortable disclosing this information we can still carry out the repair, though we will be unable to fully test the phone after the repair. If this is the case, we will fully test the phone with you when you come to collect your device. This adds more time to the repair and, if any further issues are made evident, we will have to spend more time to resolve them.
